A Content Management System (CMS) is a private password-protected administration area of your website used by you, the website owner, to add, modify and delete content on your website.
This means that during development, you do not need to have all the content of your website ready. Once your website has been designed and programmed, you will add the content of your website as you like.
You will not need to install new software.
You will be able to access your CMS from any computer in the world that has internet access. Using a CMS is als referred to as "Through The Web" editing.
A Content Management System can also be used for monitoring traffic, storing enquiries from your contact page and more.
